Adrian Toomes, portrayed by Michael Keaton, is the Vulture in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). He first appeared in Spider-Man: Homecoming.
Toomes is a former salvage contractor who, embittered after his company is put out of business by Damage Control, turns to a life of crime. He and his crew steal and sell alien technology left over from the Battle of New York. Toomes creates a powered flight suit using Chitauri technology, becoming the Vulture.
